    Shipping Timeframes

    For most standard orders, shipping may take 5-8 business days depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout. However, please allow extra time for backordered items. It's important to note that during promotions, special releases, holidays, and sales, there may be additional processing time.

    Shipping Days and Locations

    We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouses in VA and CA with the exception of holidays. Rest assured, your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

    Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email will contain a tracking number and a link that you can use to track the progress of your shipment.

    Delivery Times

    The delivery times of your order may vary depending on the carrier. During our busiest times of the year, such as spring, summer, and holidays, it may take longer for your order to arrive. However, we always strive to minimize any delays and get your package to you as soon as possible.

    Shipping Options

    We offer shipping options through USPS. Here are the estimated delivery times for each delivery service:
    USPS
    • Standard (Free until Friday): Arrives about 5-8 business days from the ship date.
    • Express ($14.95): Arrives about 2-3 business days from the ship date. Orders placed by 10 AM PT will be shipped out the same day.
    • Rush ($24.95): Arrives about 1-2 business days from the ship date. Orders placed by 10 AM PT will be shipped out the same day.
